i came down there in 1990 as i was student, first for a night at the quincy's, with other french students. As i didn't have an internationnal student card, they asked me my passport, and when they saw i was french, they called the "food and beverage director"... in fact he and his assistant were french working in phila.
we had great times with those nice guys, francis and francis, they had the same name.
