PC Tablet?

Hello everybody, I was trying to find an PC Tablet for school and there is so much out there that I don't know where to choose. Maybe you furs can help me. I trying to find an Tablet that has about 60GB worth of space in it's HD, also has a fast progress or so 1.5GHz, and 1GH of memory, with wireless internet and enthernet connecting, with CD/DVD reader. That all I trying to spend about 1000 to 1700 on it. If anybody can help that would be great.

I'm afraid I don't know much about tablet PCs. Sorry!

Just out of curiosity, why do you want a tablet PC? Would a laptop or desktop suffice?
